Shipping & Delivery

The customer must provide an accurate and correct mailing address for delivery.Please verify you enter the correct domestic address before finalizing your order. We cannot be responsible for goods delivered to the wrong address. If you happen to catch that you entered the wrong address, you can email us at with the correct shipping address before your order is shipped. Once shipped we will not be responsible for the wrong address.
Once an order has shipped and tracking becomes available, we recommend the receiver be available on the estimated date of arrival of the package or the receiver to contact the carrier to schedule a pick up at the holding facility.

Incorrect Shipping Information:

If a package is returned to SukiMilayi Cosmetics Oy due to an incorrect or incomplete shipping address provided by a customer, or if the customer was not home for delivery the customer will be responsible for the return shipping cost as well as the redelivery cost.

 Finland Delivery 

All orders are delivered via Posti. We aim to deliver your order 3-5 working days after payment has been processed. 

We offer free tracked Finland shipping on all orders over 45€.

For all orders under 45€ shipping is a flat rate of 6,95€.

International Delivery 

Europe (outside of Finland) 

We deliver to all countries in Europe. We aim to deliver your order 7-10 working days after payment has been processed.

Flat rate starts from 8-17.90€


The USA and Canada & Rest of the World

Shipping starts from 20€ with inclusive tracking. Please allow 5-15 business days for delivery.


International orders may incur additional customs charges that are the responsibility of the purchaser.

We hope that you will be happy with your order. Due to the nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges except if the item is faulty. All our products are freshly handmade to order just for you. Therefore, please be aware that all sales are final and cannot be exchanged or returned.  If for any reason you would like to return your item, please email to arrange the return. 

Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed for the value of the purchases, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
