The organizer and implementer of the raffle:

Eligibility to participate

All natural persons living in Finland of full age can participate in the draw.

However, the right to participate is not available to Sumilay's staff and the employees of the companies and their family members who have been involved with the arrangements for this draw. You cannot participate with a company card. The organizers reserve the right, without notice, to disqualify from the campaign persons who have violated these rules and who are suspected of using dishonest means to participate.

By participating in the raffle, the participant undertakes to comply with these rules and the decisions made by the Organizer based on them.

Participation period

You can participate in the draw from 9 October to 18 October 2023. unless otherwise stated. Entries made outside the entry period will not be accepted for the draw.

Awards

The winner of the raffle will receive one I Love Me day ticket for 2 people in the ticket package .

A total of 5 sets of 2 tickets will be drawn. The value of the prize is €36.

The prize or part of it cannot be exchanged, converted into money or transferred to another person. The prizes will be handed over to the winners at a separately announced time after the draw. The winner is responsible for all possible costs related to claiming the prize.

Draw

The draw will take place by 19 October 2023.

Sumilayi organizes a raffle, draws a winner and the winners are notified personally by email.

When announcing the win, Sumilayi announces that it will hand over the winner's name, contact information and other necessary personal information to the Organizer for the purpose of handing over the prize.

The organizer pays the statutory lottery tax payable on the prizes. The winner can choose not to accept the prize.

Responsibility of the organizer

The recipient of the prize releases the Organizer, the organizer of the raffle, the partners of the raffle, the participating retail outlets and the partners of the above-mentioned from liability for injury or damage caused or alleged to have been caused by participating in this raffle or receiving or using the prize.
